The Year 11 Hospitality class created a simulated industry environment last week with some students and teachers joining them from study. The students’ roles were divided with some performing front of house duties such as meeting and directing students to their seats, taking orders and delivering food and beverage items, whereas those performing back of house duties included preparing cold and hot beverages such as berry smoothies, chocolate frappes and lattes, as well as dusting the banana and choc chip muffins with icing sugar before service.

All students did a fabulous job and don’t they look outstanding in their uniforms.
