Our Food Technology and Hospitality department had the privilege of catering at TAFE for an early Harmony Day celebration yesterday. The brief was multiculturalism and with the students preparing Chocolate Crossiants, Middle Eastern Rosewater Cupcakes, Mini Pavs and much more, I think they did an excellent job.
