HSC Hospitality

Last week the Year 11 and 12 combined HSC Hospitality class completed the practical component of the 'SITHCCC006 Prepare Appetisers and Salads' unit. They worked in kitchen brigades to produce nine appetisers and three non-alcoholic beverages. Select Year 11 students were invited to attend the service period and from their feedback they were pretty impressed with the menu. The coconut crumbed prawns with honey mustard drizzle seemed to be popular, as did the mango mule mocktail.
