Recently select students in the Year 11 Preliminary and HSC Hospitality course completed 35 hours of Work Placement. A special thank you to those businesses that agreed to take on students for the week and share your industry knowledge; Juicy Lucy, Urban Retreat, Art of Espresso, Rappjam Catering and The Rusty Table.
