Hennessy Catholic College will be holding a rescheduled Retreat Day on Monday the 29th of June (Week 10) for Year 9 at the College.  The theme of the day is ‘Bounce On’.  The focus of the day is to develop resilience in our young people so that they can interact with our changing world with confidence.  The students will participate in a number of activities that engage them in the retreat day’s theme.  The day will also provide students with the opportunity to grow their relationships with their peers.  This is a rare and valuable chance for the students to reflect and grow as individuals and to affirm themselves and their peers. The day will also include a presentation by Brett Hunt called Building Bridges which explores resilience and relationships. 

A note with further details of the day will be sent home on Monday. We very much look forward to all our Year 9s participating in the day.
