Year 8.1 is working with Ms Green in Tec this term. Students are working on reading and following instructions to create various projects within the SketchUp program. Once the students have created their main project; a name tag, they will then get the opportunity to print their design on the 3D printer.

This process involves the students learning the process of transferring the files from their computer to a school computer with the printing program, rescaling the name tag to fit on the printer base and then watch all aspects come together to create a 3D product. The photos below show the design is printed.
