Café Jerome is back and better than ever! 

Yesterday’s reopening was a huge success! Our Hospitality students served up Hennessy’s own version of Brooki Bakehouse Choc Chip Cookies and a range of Spiders, with a line out the door and cookies selling out in record time!

Missed out? Don’t worry — we’ll be back in Week 6 with brownies, milkshakes and a few of the popular cookies. Mark your calendars and get in early to avoid disappointment.

Café Jerome provides our Hospitality students with valuable hands-on experience in customer service, food preparation, and teamwork which all contribute to their Certificate II in Hospitality.
