Year 12 HSC examinations conclude
Physics yesterday was Hennessy 2024 cohort's last Year 12 HSC exam, much to the joy and excitement of the Class. Well done to all of our outgoing senior students on your commitment and dedication to your education. I would like to acknowledge the skilled teaching and tireless efforts of all our teachers and staff at Hennessy for guiding our students through the final 2 years of study. We look forward to celebrating with students and families at the Graduation Dinner next week.
Year 11 into Year 12
In the last fortnight our Year 11s have commenced their HSC academic year. Their work is now directed towards the 2024 HSC in all courses. Therefore it is crucial that all students are active participants in their classroom learning as well as their revision and study at home. This means that students are expected to make a serious attempt at all assessment tasks, class work and examinations. A reminder that a decision regarding subject changes needs to be finalised this week. It is important that students know and are happy with their pattern of study, especially if they want and need to qualify to receive an ATAR.
Another reminder for all year 12 to book an interview with Mrs Parkman to discuss 2025 and beyond.
Year 6 into Year 7 2025
It was great to see year 7 2025 students enjoying their final orientation day this week before starting next year. Also, thanks to the parents who came to the information night on Wednesday evening.
