Last week 7.4 focussed on the different types of garnishes available for both hot and cold dishes in Food Technology. Such garnishes included edible flowers, wafers, fanned strawberries and of course melted chocolate. It was only fair that they experiment with a variety of garnishes and of course taste test their final presentation.
