Year 11 Hospitality
Yesterday, our Year 11 Hospitality students successfully ran a simulated café service, showcasing their culinary skills. The beginners prepared a delicious breakfast menu featuring poached eggs, crispy hashbrowns, sautéed mushrooms, and roasted tomatoes, all with precision and care. Complementing this, the continuers demonstrated their expertise in non-alcoholic beverages by creating a refreshing apple tea mocktail.
Their hard work and dedication were evident and this experience has given them valuable insights into the demands and fast pace of the hospitality industry. Well done, Year 11!
