This term in 9/10 Food Tech our unit of study has been 'Food For Special Occasions.' As part of our assessment task, students had to design, bake and decorate a cake for a particular occasion of their choosing. We had gender reveal cakes, a 1^st birthday cake, anniversary cake and engagement cake.
