My name is Kristin and I have been part of the CatholicCare Student and Family Counselling team since Week 6 in Term One this year.

I have worked in regional schools in NSW and SA as a Youth Worker and Program Counsellor for the past 6 years.

I am here to offer a safe space for students to pop in and have a chat about anything and everything.

You might find you need a check in or require some extra support around specific needs that have popped up. It is not always for the tough and challenging times; it can also be an opportunity to share the positive things happening for you.

Teachers and staff can help students to navigate the referral, I can also do this with you, so can your parents or if you feel confident, do this yourself!

Students under 14 years, will require parental consent. Students over 14 can simply hit the link and self-refer.

My working days at Hennessy are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We also have a telehealth counsellor available if that is preferred over face to face.
