Ag at Hennessy
As part of NSW Merino Wether Challenge, the wether lambs were collected from Wagga, last week after travelling from Warren.
The students will handle, halter train them and hopefully have them weighing 70kg in August. To compete at the wether challenge being judged on carcass, wool and restocker value.

Students also had the opportunity to attend the Merino Ewe Workshop and Junior Judging Day sponsored by Australian Wool Innovation in conjunction with the Southern Tablelands Flock Ewe Championship last week. Over 60 students participated from Crookwell, Bathurst, Boorowa and Young with Adele Whitechurch making the top 6 students and Katie Glasgow coming 2nd overall.
