The Year 11 HSC Hospitality class ventured across the road to Green Ivy to enjoy the beautiful sunshine this morning whilst studying. We focussed on the importance of industry standards for a range of espresso coffee and non-alcoholic beverages, in particular strength, taste, temperature and appearance of the drinks. We are pleased to report there were many happy customers!
